Ayurveda Workshop with Kira
“Ayurveda” means the knowledge or science of life – not the knowledge or science of illness. This is because ayurveda focuses on obtaining and sustaining health. Maharishi Ayurveda is an ayurvedic approach based in science with a mission of integrating ayurvedic medicine with western medicine practices. This workshop will offer ways to integrate simple ayurvedic diet and lifestyle practices into your everyday life for increased vitality and overall well being.
